Close to Home Faculty/Staff Campaign Update

From John Napolitano, Sports Information:

The Close to Home faculty/staff campaign kick-off Friday, March 2 was a great success! In total, over $1,000 was raised that day from gifts and pledges by faculty and staff. Even after the official two hours ended, gifts kept rolling in … thank you!

Currently, 105 staff and faculty have made a gift and have committed $44,697.70 to students and programs at KSC.

Future campaign events include our first roaming event on Thursday, March 15. Making a gift is easy – let the committee come to you! We will be in the student center lobby from noon to 1 p.m. and the lobby of Elliot Center from 1-2 p.m. Stop by the table to make your gift, learn more about the campaign, and make a button to show your support for current students!

Friday, April 13, is “Jeans As A Means … Supporting Students at KSC” day. If you’ve made a gift to this year’s campaign, don your jeans and favorite KSC attire and show your support for our students!

Finally, the annual Thank You! breakfast will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 7:30-9 a.m. in the Atrium Conference Room of the student center. Come join us as we celebrate YOU and your generosity to our community.

If you haven’t made your gift, you can do so online at www.keene.edu/giving or by contacting Genny Alexander at 8-2304. Gifts can also be sent to mailstop 2701 with the bottom portion of your campaign letter.

Thank you again for your generosity and supporting students and programs at KSC!
