Survey Assessment

Below you will find service-learning assessment tools for both students and community partners that you may opt to use in your service-learning course. There surveys will help to examine the effects of service-learning in the classroom at Keene State College and within the broader Keene community. If you choose to use the surveys, we will produce a report for you within 6 weeks of the end of the semester that captures your class data, which you can use in a number of ways, such as informing the future direction of your course or to address areas of concern with your community partner.

Student Assessment

Pre-Survey

This should be completed by the student prior to starting with a Community Partner on a service-learning project.

Mid-Survey

This should be completed by the student mid way through the semester while working with a Community Partner on a service-learning project.

Post-Survey

This should be completed by the student at the end of the semester after completely working with a Community Partner on a service-learning project.

Community Partner

Pre-Survey

This should be completed by the community partner prior to the student arriving to their organization and beginning their service-learning project.

Mid-Survey

This should be completed by the community partner mid-way through the semester while working with a student on their service-learning project.

Post-Survey

 This should be completed by the community partner mid-way through the semester while working with a student on their service-learning project.
