The campus community will soon be saying “goodbye” to two of its most beloved leaders: Interim Provost Melinda Treadwell and VP of Student Affairs Andy Robinson. Dr. Robinson is retiring from his 22 years at KSC, and Dr. Treadwell is moving on to become the vice president for Academic Affairs at Antioch University New England, just across town. They leave awfully big shoes to fill, and we’ll miss them deeply. Read what our award-winning Equinox staffers had to say about them.

The leaving of Dr. Treadwell will be a loss to the future students that never got to meet or have a class with her. I truly enjoyed the semester I spent in class with Dr. Treadwell and learned a lot. I have a very successful carear thanks to my education at Keene State and the Professors there. I do feel that Dr. Treadwell is a part of the reason I am where I am today. With that being said I want to say thank you and wish you the best. Antioch is lucky to have Dr. Treadwell on their staff.
Respectfully

From the time she enrolled at KSC as an undergraduate student, to becoming a Professor, to Department Head, to her tenure as Provost (and all other positions in between), Dr. Melinda Treadwell has enhanced the campus of KSC by her presence. She is an incredibly dedicated professional and she has been nothing short of amazing in all that she has brought to KSC over the years! She will be greatly missed. Antioch University New England just got better!

As a member of the KSC President’s Council over the past four years, I had the opportunity to get to know both Andy and Melinda and to see their professional work in action. They are both terrific people and have made major contributions to KSC. I hope Andy enjoys retirement and that Melinda prospers at Antioch. KSC will certainly miss them! Chuck Bingaman
