Electricians have been working on installing floor boxes on the 2nd floor while roofers have started installing the roof. These need to be completed before the 2nd floor concrete floor can be poured and finished. Walls have been framed in the 2nd floor office area of Butterfield while insulating the attic begins. Underslab electrical and plumbing in the annex area, between Butterfield and the heat plant, have been ongoing so backfilling can proceed and that area can catch up to the rest of the building. The building has been tented to keep the temporary heat inside so that appropriate temperatures can be reached for concrete and mortar to cure. The rebar has been laid out and tied on the first floor, ready for the slab to be poured after the 2nd floor is completed.
