Option A. No Classroom Writing Support

I do not anticipate needing support from the Center this semester, but may refer students on a case-by-case basis.

Option B. Workshop/Optional Visits

This model includes:

  • In-class workshops as needed preceded by meeting with assigned tutor one week prior to the workshop to review specific points you would like to see addressed as well as other ideas or issues.
  • Referring students to the Center for support on a case-by-case basis

Option C. Workshop/Required Visits

This model includes:

  • In-class workshops as needed preceded by meeting with assigned tutor one week prior to the workshop to review specific points you would like to see addressed as well as other ideas or issues.
  • 1 or 2 required visits to the Center preceded by a meeting with a tutor to review specific expectations and outcomes for these tutorials.
  • Students will schedule appointments based on availability of all Center for Writing tutors.

Option D. Writing Assistant

This model includes:

  • Two tutors will be assigned to your class and will be available to meet with you and your students to discuss any ideas or issues that may come up.
  • All of your in-class workshops, presentations, and required student visits will be with designated Writing Assistants.
