OK, after the holidays, everyone needs a break. So this one’s soooooo easy. Where is it, and what’s it about?
If you think you know the answer, please write it legibly on a slip of paper and stick it inside a 1947 King 3B trombone and mail it, in the trombone’s original case, to Newsline, Alumni Center, 229 Main St., Keene, NH 03435. Or use the “comments” link, below.
Elliot Mansion lobby by Mr. Faulkner’s mural. The trombone is in the mail.
Right on, Amanda. Now that I know it can result in people sending me stuff like a King 3B, I’ll post more easy challenges like this one!
Mark – For a minute I thought you were one of the Tappert Brothers on NPR’s “Car Talk”. They are always asking listeners to send in answers to their “Puzzlers” in some strange way – like in the radiator tank of a 1957 Chevy.
You have a great sense of humor….
You mean Click and Clack stole my idea?
Mark,
I think this one I know (was it there when Eliot was still a hospital where I had my appendix out Senior Year…talk about trivia?)
I don’t remember it from that day, but have seen it many times since as I’ve visited Eliot Hall!
