Are you a meditator? When did you get started? Have you tried to teach your kids? Anybody’s kids?

  1. What age group will you be utilizing as your test system?

I’ve recently started Yoga and found it very relaxing, but is it considered a form of meditation? Being so new to the art, I really don’t know.

I do think that it would be beneficial to children who have anxiety issues since it is very relaxing.
