{"id":6678,"date":"2013-12-06T16:02:45","date_gmt":"2013-12-06T16:02:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.keene.edu\/newsline\/?p=6678"},"modified":"2013-12-10T20:16:01","modified_gmt":"2013-12-10T20:16:01","slug":"recent-gifts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.keene.edu\/newsline\/2013\/12\/06\/recent-gifts\/","title":{"rendered":"Recent Gifts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u2022 Charlie \u201967 and Christine Zoulias<\/strong>, regular <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keene.edu\/kst\/2012WINTER\/1909society.cfm?I=28\">1909 Society<\/a> members, have given $5000 to support the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keene.edu\/academics\/programs\/nursing\/\">Nursing program<\/a> and the new teaching lab project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>Engelberth Construction has paid the first installment ($20K) on their very generous $100,000 pledge towards the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keene.edu\/featured\/tds\/\">TDS Center<\/a>. <strong>Pierre LeBlanc \u201978<\/strong> is president of Engelberth Construction, and this company has done many major projects on the KSC campus, including the TDS Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>Former USNH trustee <strong>Andy Lietz<\/strong> and his wife <strong>Donna<\/strong> have made a $2500 unrestricted gift to the College, thus continuing their 1909 Society membership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>KSC&#8217;s Grant and Contract Administrator,<strong> Susan Ericson-West<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Verdana,Helvetica,Arial\">, on behalf of the West family,<\/span> has made a gift of $10,000 in memory of her husband, <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.keene.edu\/newsline\/2012\/05\/18\/ksc-mourns-the-passing-of-bob-hawes-and-vaughn-west\/\"><strong>Vaughn West<\/strong><\/a>. This unrestricted gift will be used in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keene.edu\/academics\/programs\/tad\/\">Theatre and Dance<\/a> department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 <\/strong>We&#8217;re also finalizing a number of very significant gifts-in-kind that support of the <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.keene.edu\/cn\/2013\/10\/10\/nursing-students-tour-new-simulation-laboratory\/\">Nursing Lab<\/a> project.
